These SMS Terms & Conditions govern recurring text messages from Committee to Elect Antonio Baciu for City Council District 5 '26 (the "Campaign").

Program Description

People who expressly opt in may receive recurring political campaign text messages from the Campaign, which may include campaign news, event information, volunteer opportunities, fundraising or donation requests, election-related reminders, and links to campaign content.

By providing your mobile number and actively checking the SMS consent box on the Campaign's text updates form, you consent to receive recurring text messages from the Campaign at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of making a donation, purchasing anything, or otherwise supporting the Campaign.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to any campaign text message to unsubscribe. After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation message and no further recurring campaign messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
